Aylene Gardiner is Scottish, and has lived in Italy since the early eighties. Her background is advertising agency; BMP, TBWA and DMB and B. She has been representing international directors in Italy for more than 20 years, while also acting as a freelance preproducer. She has worked with most of the major agencies and production companies in Italy. Her role is to help find the right director for the job. She has many years experience of bringing directors to Milan, and in dealing with every aspect of the business. Over the years she has built up close ties with other repping companies in Europe, such as Democracy in London, Nicolas du Boullay in Paris and Martin Bardrum Larsen in Scandinavia. |
